A few things to know before and during your stay: 🎣 Pond Guests are welcome to fish in the pond and should bring their own fishing equipment. Swimming, wading, or entering the pond is not permitted. Children should be supervised around the pond at all times. 🌳 Woods & Private Property The wooded property adjoining the cabin is private property and is not part of the rental. Please do not enter or explore the woods. 🦌 Wildlife & Insects This is a country property located next to woods and water. Depending on the season, you may encounter deer, birds, insects, mosquitoes, ticks, frogs, or other wildlife. We recommend bringing insect repellent if you plan to spend time outdoors. 🔥 Fire Pit & Firewood You're welcome to enjoy the outdoor fire pit, and we provide firewood. Please never leave a fire unattended and be sure the fire is completely extinguished when you're finished. 🐾 Dogs We'd love to have them! Well-behaved dogs are welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay. We simply ask that dogs stay off the furniture and beds, are not left alone inside the cabin, and that you pick up and properly dispose of their waste. Our cabin is surrounded by nature, including a pond and nearby private woods, so please keep an eye on your pup whenever they're outside and don't allow them to enter the pond or neighboring woods. Guests are responsible for any excessive cleaning or pet-related damage. 🚗 Parking There is plenty of parking available on the property for our guests. 🎉 Parties & Gatherings Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted without prior approval. If you have something special planned, please contact us in advance to discuss it. 🌙 Quiet Enjoyment Please be respectful of our peaceful country surroundings and our neighbors, particularly during evening and nighttime hours. 👧 Children Children are welcome! However, because the property includes a pond, fire pit, and natural outdoor areas, children should be supervised outdoors at all times.

Guests have full access to the cabin and surrounding property, including the screened-in back porch, yard, fire pit area, pond, and parking areas. Feel free to relax outdoors, enjoy the fire pit, or bring your fishing gear and fish in the pond. Fishing is welcome, but swimming or wading in the pond is not permitted. Please note the following areas and items that are not included with your stay: * The brown detached garage is used for our personal storage and will remain locked. It is not accessible to guests. * The side-by-side vehicle on the property is for owner use only and is not available for guest use. * The aluminum shed contains additional firewood for the fire pit. Guests are welcome to get additional firewood from the shed as needed. * The woods adjoining the property are privately owned and are not part of the rental. Please do not enter or explore the wooded areas, and do not allow pets to enter them. There is plenty of parking available on the property. We want you to make yourself at home and enjoy the cabin, pond, fire pit, and outdoor spaces while respecting the private areas noted above.
